Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Monthly Plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following month, and your website will remain active until the cycle ends. No penalty applies.

Cancellation: Yearly Plans

Yearly plans can be cancelled at any time, but access and service continue until the end of the annual billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused months within a yearly plan. Domain renewal reminders and other yearly perks also cease at the end of the period.

One-Time Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee covers the work involved in configuring your cloud infrastructure, connecting your domain, and (where applicable) designing and building your website. After work has started, this fee is non-refundable because it pays for time and infrastructure already committed.

Before heavy build work begins, we use a simple satisfaction checkpoint: you review an agreed first deliverable (for example a homepage mockup or first draft, depending on your plan). You approve that milestone before we move into deeper implementation or bill the next phase of setup work. If we have not started substantive work and you change your mind, contact us promptly after payment—typically within a few business days—and we will review your situation in good faith.

Refunds for Monthly Recurring Payments

Recurring monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at info@coppticstechnologies.com within 7 days and we will review your case promptly.

Service Issues

If your website experiences a significant, prolonged outage or failure that you believe was caused by our service, email info@coppticstechnologies.com with dates, your site URL, and what you observed. There is no automatic credit or guaranteed remedy; we review each case in good faith and may offer a partial credit or other accommodation at our discretion when we agree we fell short. This does not apply to issues outside our control (for example domain expiry, DNS misconfiguration at your registrar, third-party infrastructure-wide incidents, or problems on the client or visitor side).

How to Cancel

To cancel your plan, email us at info@coppticstechnologies.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and your registered name or business name. We will confirm cancellation within 1 to 2 business days. Cancellations are not processed through the website directly.

Your Content After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, any content assets you provided, including text, images, logo files, and branding materials, will be returned to you on request. Please submit your request within 30 days of cancellation.

The website source code, design implementation, deployment configuration, and hosting infrastructure remain Copptics Technologies’ intellectual property; they are not provided as files for you to host or rebuild elsewhere. Standard plans deliver the service as a live, managed site—not a downloadable code package. After cancellation you keep your content, branding assets, and domain as described above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
