Clear terms for cancellations, billing cycles, and refunds across all Copptics Technologies plans.
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following month, and your website will remain active until the cycle ends. No penalty applies.
Yearly plans can be cancelled at any time, but access and service continue until the end of the annual billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused months within a yearly plan. Domain renewal reminders and other yearly perks also cease at the end of the period.
The one-time setup fee covers the work involved in configuring your cloud infrastructure, connecting your domain, and (where applicable) designing and building your website. This fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before any work begins, please contact us within 24 hours of payment for a review of your case.
Recurring monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at coppticstechnologies@gmail.com within 7 days and we will review your case promptly.
If your website experiences a significant, prolonged outage or failure that is directly caused by an error on our part and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial credit at our discretion. This does not apply to outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers, domain expiry, or content issues on the client side.
To cancel your plan, email us at coppticstechnologies@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and your registered name or business name. We will confirm cancellation within 1 to 2 business days. Cancellations are not processed through the website directly.
Upon cancellation, any content assets you provided, including text, images, logo files, and branding materials, will be returned to you on request. Please submit your request within 30 days of cancellation.
The website source code, design implementation, deployment configuration, and hosting infrastructure remain the intellectual property of Copptics Technologies and are not transferable to the client. This applies at cancellation and at all other times during or after the service period.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
