Effective date: April 21, 2026. Last updated: April 21, 2026.
These terms apply to all clients and users of Copptics Technologies services.
Services include website design, deployment, hosting configuration, domain setup, SSL, and maintenance as per plan.
You are responsible for accurate information and legal rights to all content, logos, text, images, and assets shared with us.
Clients remain responsible for branding direction, marketing strategy, campaign performance, and lead generation outcomes. Copptics Technologies focuses on website setup, hosting, and maintenance, and does not operate as a marketing agency.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, traffic, or leads.
Fees are billed according to your selected monthly or yearly plan. Services may be paused for overdue invoices after notice.
Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
Plans renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation stops future billing only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of abuse, non-payment, or violation of terms.
Reasonable updates are included per your plan. Larger scope requests may require a separate quote and timeline.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to third-party providers, hosting infrastructure, or maintenance events.
Clients retain ownership of all content they provide, including text, images, logo, and branding assets. Copptics Technologies retains full ownership of the website source code, design implementation, deployment configuration, hosting infrastructure, templates, and all technical systems used to build, host, and manage the website. The website code and files are not transferable to the client upon cancellation or at any other time.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Copptics Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.
These terms apply to all users and clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these terms.
