Terms of Service

Effective date: April 21, 2026. Last updated: May 13, 2026.

Terms of Service

These terms apply to all clients and users of Copptics Technologies services.Click any section below to expand it.

01

Scope of Services

Services include website design, deployment, hosting configuration, domain setup, SSL, and maintenance as per plan.

02

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate information and legal rights to all content, logos, text, images, and assets shared with us.

Domain name: You are responsible for purchasing, registering, and renewing your domain name in your own registrar account, and for all fees charged by your registrar (registration, renewal, transfers, privacy add-ons, and similar). Copptics can assist with DNS configuration, connection to our hosting, and related setup during onboarding or support requests, but does not pay registrar invoices on your behalf and is not liable if a domain lapses because renewal was not completed.

As a courtesy, Copptics may send domain renewal reminders to clients on yearly billing plans; these reminders are informational only and do not replace your obligation to monitor expiry dates with your registrar.

03

Branding and Marketing Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for branding direction, marketing strategy, campaign performance, and lead generation outcomes. Copptics Technologies focuses on website setup, hosting, and maintenance, and does not operate as a marketing agency.

04

No Guarantee of Business Results

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, traffic, or leads.

05

Payments and Billing

Fees are billed according to your selected monthly or yearly plan. Services may be paused for overdue invoices after notice.

06

Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

07

Renewals and Cancellation

Plans renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation stops future billing only.

08

Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of abuse, non-payment, or violation of terms.

09

Changes and Revisions

Reasonable updates are included per your plan. Larger scope requests may require a separate quote and timeline.

10

Service Availability

We aim for reliable, highly available hosting and monitor your site, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages can be caused by third-party providers, internet conditions, distributed attacks, planned maintenance, issues with your domain or DNS outside our control, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

There is no fixed uptime percentage or automatic service credit in these terms. If you experience a serious, prolonged problem you believe we caused, contact us at info@coppticstechnologies.com with details; we will review in good faith and may offer a discretionary remedy where appropriate.

11

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all content they provide, including text, images, logo, and branding assets. Your domain remains yours when registered in your name, and we help you keep DNS pointed correctly for as long as you are a client.

Copptics Technologies retains ownership of the website source code, design implementation, deployment configuration, hosting infrastructure, templates, and the technical systems we use to build, host, and manage the service. Those materials are not licensed or sold as a separable deliverable: your subscription gives you access to the hosted website as a managed service, not a copy of the codebase, repository, or deployment package for independent self-hosting. We operate this way so we can uphold uptime, security patching, and a consistent experience for non-technical clients at WAAS pricing.

12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Copptics Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.

13

Governing Terms

These terms apply to all users and clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these terms.
